We do NOT recommend booking by phone since HotelRewards.com is designed for booking hotels online.

Please note that although HotelRewards is affiliated with Hotels.com and Hoteles.com, we are only able to pay commission on bookings made using HotelRewards.com. We do not get paid for any bookings made through Hotels.com / Hoteles.com, so we cannot pay agents for them either.
 

HotelRewards.com is designed for booking hotels online.  To book by phone, you will be calling Hotels.com directly and will need to give your HotelRewards discount code to the reservations agent in order to have your reservation credited to your HotelRewards.com account.  (Your account is AUTOMATICALLY credited when you book online.)

If you must book by telephone, please ensure you identify yourself with your discount code ONLY.  Do NOT GIVE your ARC, IATA, TRUE or CLIA number when making a booking over the phone.  If you give your ARC, IATA, TRUE or CLIA number, the booking will not be credited to your account with Hotelrewards.com and we cannot give you any commissions. 

ALSO:

Always enter YOUR e-mail address rather than the traveler when making a booking.  This will send the confirmation e-mail to you.
